Description

Discover the Chardonnay Linea Ars Magna - Omina Romana, a high quality white wine inspired by the medieval principle "Bonitas", which expresses goodness, honesty and fertility. Scrupulously cultivated in suitable soils, this Chardonnay allows the variety to express all its aromatic power and minerality. Manual harvesting and fermentation in French oak barriques complete the goodness and refinement of this wine.

Harvest and Vinification of Chardonnay Ars Magna Line

The harvest of the grapes takes place manually with sorting of the bunch and destemming, followed by cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. The grapes are then delicately pressed and fermentation takes place in new French oak barriques. The wine ages in barrique for 12 months, with bâtonnage of the fine lees, and rests in the bottle for at least 12 months after bottling.

Profile of the Chardonnay Sommelier Ars Magna Line

  • COLOR: Golden yellow and brilliant.
  • BOUQUET: Intense and broad, with notes of ripe white pulp peach, jasmine, broom, aromatic herbs and an iodized finish.
  • PALATE: Excellent balance, persistent and harmonious.
  • UVE: 100% Chardonnay.

Perfect for special food pairings or for relaxing moments with friends and family.

Omina Romana

ÔMINA ROMANA was born in 2007 by the will of the Börner family in the Velletri area, among the volcanic and verdant hills of the Castelli Romani overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, about 40 km south of the city of Rome. It all started from a precise vision that inspired every design decision: to create a new wine-producing reality that expresses the values of the highest quality in its products, as a result of wisdom and science, passion and rigour, hence our Mens et Manus philosophy.
