Description
Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva DOCG "CORTE BRÀ" by Sartori is a highly prestigious red wine, obtained from the best grapes hand-selected in the vineyard. This wine is the result of a particularly favorable year, with optimal climatic conditions for the ripening of the grapes.
After a rigorous selection of the grapes, the harvest takes place by hand in October. Only the best bunches are placed in small boxes and placed on traditional racks inside large, airy fruit racks, where they remain to dry for around 4 months. During this period, a series of biochemical transformations occur which allow the ideal degree of drying of the grapes to be achieved.
Subsequently, the pressing and destemming of the grapes begins, followed by maceration and alcoholic fermentation, which allow the right structure and alcohol content to be obtained. After this, the wine is matured for approximately six years in small to medium-sized barrels. Finally, the Amarone is aged in the bottle for at least six months.
The result is a wine with an intense red color, tending towards garnet with aging. The bouquet is broad, fine and complex, with notes of red fruit jam and spices. Fragrances of cherry, dried fruit and tobacco can be perceived. When tasted, Sartori's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva DOCG "CORTE BRÀ" is able to inebriate the palate thanks to its exceptional power and at the same time extreme elegance. It is an elegant and persistent wine, perfect for enjoying in special moments, such as a romantic dinner or an evening with friends.
The ideal pairing for this wine are recipes elaborated with tasty meats, game and mature cheeses. It is a meditation wine, capable of giving unique emotions with every sip.
