Wines from volcanic soil with basalt which gives a lot of flavor and freshness.

It is a blend of local white and red grapes. Direct pressing, unfiltered, without oenological compromises. It re-ferments with its must from the same harvest. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle and is not disgorged.

Pét-Nat is the diminutive of Pétillant Naturel, a name given to it by our French colleagues in reference to the natural effervescence of the wines. It is therefore a very ancient production method.
