Lugana D.O.C Ricchi is a white wine produced in the Desenzano del Garda area, in southern Veneto, with Turbiana grapes. The production area is characterized by cretaceous and clayey soil, exposed to the south and south-east. The vinification involves soft and respectful pressing of the grapes in an inert atmosphere, followed by fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.

Lugana D.O.C Ricchi has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, notes of yellow fruit, apricot, aromatic herbs and minerals can be perceived. On the palate, it is fresh, linear and endowed with great finesse and elegance with good flavor and persistence. In the finish, notes of white fruit and minerals emerge.

Lugana D.O.C Ricchi is ideal for accompanying fish-based dishes, such as seafood carpaccio, cod and seafood risotto. Furthermore, it finds the maximum expression of the territory accompanied by lake fish dishes. It is a perfect wine for special occasions and romantic dinners.
