Rive di Ogliano – Conegliano Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. Extra Brut Millesimato

• Grape: 100% Glera

• Production area: Rive di Ogliano, Conegliano (TV)

• Aging: Long Charmat method

• Characteristics: sparkling wine with fine and persistent perlage, aromas of green apple, white flowers, and citrus. On the palate it is dry, elegant, and mineral, with unmistakable freshness.

• Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, with fish appetizers, oysters, and raw seafood.

Agnobianco – Veneto Bianco IGT

• Producer: Masari

• Grapes: Durella, Chardonnay, Riesling

• Production area: Valle d’Agno, Vicentino

• Aging: in steel and partially in wood

• Characteristics: intense straw yellow, with notes of wildflowers, citrus, and flint on the nose. On the palate it is vibrant, fresh, and savory, with a mineral and citrus finish.

• Pairings: perfect with vegetarian dishes, seafood risottos, soft cheeses.

Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG – Antonio Castagnedi

• Producer: Tenuta Sant’Antonio

• Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Croatina

• Production area: Eastern Valpolicella

• Aging: 24 months in barrique + bottle aging

• Characteristics: deep garnet red, intense aromas of cherry in spirit, cocoa, and sweet spices. On the palate it is broad, velvety, and complex, with soft tannins and long persistence.

• Pairings: ideal with red meats, braised dishes, game, or dark chocolate.
