Description
The Ciliegiolo di Narni Brecciaro di Bussoletti is produced from grapes coming from the 7 hectares of organic vineyards and mainly composed of ciliegiolo grapes located in Narni and Sangemini. After vinification at a controlled temperature, it ages 70% in stainless steel at a controlled temperature on its fine lees for 12 months and 30% in large barrels for 9-12 months, followed by at least 6 months in the bottle. The beautiful notes of cherry and jam tickle the senses and lead to a soft, fresh and captivating sip.
