Description

Lu Rappaio wine is produced from the dark and bluish "bunch", characterized by tight grapes, which give this structured wine an authentic feeling of tradition. Its ruby color with purple hues is accompanied by an intense aroma of ripe strawberries, blackberries, rosemary and violets, on a background of humus.

On the palate, it is soft and structured, reproducing the same olfactory sensations, and then closing persistently on fruity and vegetal tones.

The harvest is carried out manually quickly, with the grapes being processed using a low-frequency destemmer to preserve their integrity. The maceration takes place in steel at a controlled temperature and is followed by refinement in steel and woods of different origins and toastings.
