In the heart of Tuscany
La Rasina has an area of about 45 hectares, of which 11 are planted with vineyards, 4 hectares with olive groves and the remainder with arable land. It extends on the north-east side of the Montalcino hill at a height of 350 meters above sea level. In front of the company opens the Val d'Orcia Park, known for having become a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The vineyards vary in age from 2 to 30 years and are trained with low spurred cordon and have planting densities ranging from 3,500 to 5,000 vines/hectare; directed and constantly monitored, the vineyards lie in the immediate vicinity of the company headquarters.

Quality Production
La Rasina currently produces 30,000 bottles of Brunello di Monatalcino, 15,000 bottles of Rosso di Montalcino, about 10,000 of IGT Toscana Sangiovese; these figures are destined to increase thanks to the investments made, but always remaining in the perspective of high-level production.
