From the slow distillation in steam stills of pomace from fine red and white grapes comes Ikonika, a unique grappa with pleasant woody notes, as it is left to mature naturally in oak barrels for 12 months.

On the nose: hints of honey, wood and vanilla, with light toasted and caramelized notes typical of the long stay in wooden barrels.
On the palate: it is warm, soft, fine and elegant.
