This Langhe Chardonnay DOC “Educato”, produced by Elio Grasso, manages to harmonize the peculiar characteristics of the varietal, with pleasant tertiary tones released by the aging in wood. 

It comes from chardonnay grapes vinified in purity, which after fermentation mature in French oak barriques for at least seven months.
