Description
The wine in question comes from the vinification of the native Albarola vine, which has historically been used in blends to give freshness and pleasantness to the wine. Due to its particular characteristics, the very compact bunch of Albarola is rarely vinified alone and requires a cool environment, hills with good exposure and ventilation that lower the humidity.
After years of research in the vineyard and in the cellar, the most suitable lands and vinification methods were identified to create pure Albarola, thus demonstrating the great qualitative potential of this native vine. The aim of this product is to offer a unique sensorial experience thanks to the fruity and floral scents, typical of this golden-coloured wine. Pure Albarola is ideal for accompanying light appetizers, fish and shellfish dishes, sushi and sashimi.
