Vittorio Capovilla is recognized by most as one of the best distillers in the world. Vittorio, first an emigrant mechanic and then a technician in one of the major companies producing materials for oenology, decided thirty years ago to dedicate himself body and soul to distillation. To do this he chooses to follow his greatest passion: fruit. He begins to assiduously and obsessively research the most disparate varieties of endangered fruit: from Romania to Vesuvius, from Val Venosta to Champagne.

Technique and passion at the service of nature, so as to be able to extract the best from each fruit. The search for purity leads Vittorio to the awareness of always looking for the best possible fruits, as only from these is it possible to obtain an absolutely unique distillate. Today he tries to grow the fruit with which he produces his incredible spirits directly in the grounds of his distillery, divided into three different plots. Four hectares of proprietary cultivations, where the fruits are selected manually, one by one, only when the right level of ripeness has been reached: this high quality production process makes Capovilla distillates unique in their kind, capable of releasing natural flavors, now lost. Vittorio has made the excellence of the raw materials and the purity of the spirits his true reason for living. The result is precisely very pure grappas and spirits, for true connoisseurs.
