Rose di Adele is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from a rose garden that Fabio's father, Elio, dedicated to his beloved wife Adele. 

"Onion skin" pink color with bronze reflections. Floral notes of rose and violet with hints of black pepper, blackberry, pomegranate and wild strawberries. On the palate it has a pleasant astringency, a good structure and is fresh, persistent and tasty.

The Nerello Mascalese 'Rosa di Adele' 2021 - Feudo Montoni is a high quality rosé wine produced in Sicily, in the Monti Sicani area. .

Nerello Mascalese is an indigenous Sicilian grape variety that produces wines with a strong personality and decisive character. The peculiarity of this rosé wine is given by the way in which it is produced: fermentation takes place in cement tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a short refinement in the bottle. Only in this way can we obtain a fresh, aromatic wine with a soft and pleasant taste.

On the nose there are floral notes of rose, jasmine and orange blossom, followed by hints of berries such as strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. On the palate, the initial sweetness soon gives way to a pleasant freshness, with a notable aromatic persistence.

The pairing with food is very versatile: thanks to its freshness and softness, this wine lends itself perfectly to accompanying light dishes such as salads, appetizers, raw fish or sushi, but also fresh cheeses and quality cured meats. Its fruity and floral note also makes it ideal as an aperitif, especially during the summer season.
