The Grappa di Barolo Millesimata 2005 from the Sibona Distillery comes from a careful selection of fresh pomace from Nebbiolo grapes intended for the production of Barolo. The distillation process then takes place via the traditional procedure, using copper stills. After the removal of the head and tail, the distillate obtained is left to rest for 24 months in wood, both in barriques and large barrels. It is a Grappa produced in a limited edition, with a soft structure and a large sip.
