Description

Delight your palate with Elena Walch's Chardonnay "Cardellino", an authentic expression of the viticultural perfection of the 2022 vintage. Born from careful vinification, this extraordinary white wine enchants with its distinctive character and complex play of aromas.

Vinification: The result of a soft pressing of the grapes followed by a static decantation of the must, the Chardonnay "Cardellino" underlines its quality with a fermentation at a controlled temperature of approximately 20°C. Part of the must matures in French oak barriques for 5 months, adding depth and complexity. The long refinement on the yeasts completes its journey towards excellence, culminating in a spring assembly.

Tasting: The "Cardellino" Chardonnay has a suggestive intense straw yellow color. The bouquet reveals a harmonious combination of fruity aromas, orange and lemon peels, floral notes of lime blossom and a spicy hint of tobacco. On the palate, lively freshness and elegant minerality blend in a long, intense and enveloping finish. The 2022 vintage stands out for the beauty and health of the grapes, with balanced values that reflect optimal ripeness.

Provenance and Quality: From Elena Walch, renowned wine producer, the Chardonnay "Cardellino" is the expression of a vineyard managed with care and passion. The 2022 vintage, characterized by early flowering and optimal climatic conditions, generated a wine of excellent quality and structure.
