Typical white grape variety from the Colli Orientali del Friuli and Slovenia (where it takes the name of "rebula"), the Ribolla Gialla is one of the most important grapes of the region not only for historical reasons but also and above all for the elegance it manages to transmit into the glass. It is therefore no coincidence that the Russolo family has decided to dedicate so much energy to the production of a wine whose bunches come solely from one vineyard, the "Zui" one which over the years has given ever greater satisfaction precisely because of its inimitable grace.
