Slow Wine is the complete guide to Italian winethat selects every year, thanks to a large number of collaborators in the territories, the best wineries and the most interesting bottles of the national wine scene. With this new edition the winning formula of the cellar visits finally returns.

Each winery has a dedicated sheet which is made up of three parts: the first dedicated to the people who live and work in the company, the second to the vineyards and the ways in which they are looked after, the third to the best wines produced (in a hierarchical list of quality ) that are available on the market.
