Description

The Grappa di Barolo from the Sibona distillery is complex and wonderfully soft, obtained from Nebbiolo pomace from the historic vineyards of the Barolo areas.

After being aged in Austrian oak barrels, it is further refined in barriques. It has an intense aroma with soft spicy notes and a mature, deep and velvety flavor with harmonious woody notes. The aftertaste is long and persistent.

To enjoy it at its best, we recommend tasting it at a temperature of around 18°C in a classic tulip glass or balloon glass with or without a stem (such as cognac).
