We follow the motto "Less is more". The oenologist Stephan Rohregger, who joined the team in 2007, is a valid supporter in the search for the maximum expression of the unique characteristics of the individual varieties.

The winery's philosophy is not to interfere in the wine production process and to allow the natural characteristics of the grapes to emerge. "Our goal is to highlight the characteristics that Mother Nature gives to the grapes," says Rohregger himself.

To create a harmonious wine, the cellar uses a perfect interaction between the various elements and processing stages. It begins by laying the foundations for optimal ripening of the grapes in the vineyard and then carefully following the development of the wines in the cellar, without falsifying the character and terroir of the different varieties. The goal is to produce honest wines, without frills or exaggerations.
