Description

The fresh and fruity white wine is obtained by pressing and processing grapes with small berries. Its color is a crystalline straw yellow/greenish yellow. On the nose there are intense notes of oriental fruit, winter melon, citrus fruits, white flowers and salty breaths. The flavor is fruity and vivid, fresh and savory, with a fruity persistence and a delicate almond aftertaste. This wine pairs perfectly with finger food aperitifs, starters, seafood risottos, shellfish, fresh and soft cheeses, chicken salad and fish-based second courses.
