Mainly Syrah, Nero d'Avola.
A blend that combines the complexity of Syrah with the all-Sicilian power of Nero d'Avola.
The sun shines here from dawn to dusk, ensuring optimal ripening of the grapes. The harvest is manual. We start with Syrah at the end of August, continuing with Nero d'Avola at the end of September.
