Description

The Elena Walch Sauvignon Vigna 'Castel Ringberg' is a masterpiece of wine art, created with passion and dedication. The vinification involves a static decantation of the must, followed by fermentation in steel barrels at a controlled temperature and in barriques and large oak barrels. The assembly takes place shortly before bottling, ensuring optimal maturation in the bottle.

The Sauvignon Vigna 'Castel Ringberg' has a bright yellow color with slightly green reflections. The delicate and inviting bouquet offers floral notes of elderflower and Alpine herbs, with hints of ripe gooseberries and Alpine freshness. The fruity complexity, the extreme structural elegance and the minerality come together in a palate that convinces and satisfies. The 2022 vintage, favored by a hot and stable summer, gave exceptional quality to the grapes, highlighting the care and attention dedicated by the producer.

Ideal with fish-based dishes, fresh sushi and blue cheeses. The Alpine freshness goes perfectly with vegetable-based first courses.

Perfect for elegant dinners, special celebrations or simply for a moment of relaxation. The Sauvignon Vigna 'Castel Ringberg' is the ideal companion for those looking for a high quality wine on every occasion.
