Description

The Magenta Noûs – Soave Classico DOC, produced by Nous Vini di Luce, is born in the heart of the hill of Castelcerino di Soave, at 350 meters altitude. Here the volcanic soil, rich in clay and basaltic minerals, gives the grapes a unique aromatic profile, energetic and naturally savory. The result is a classic Soave that brings to the glass all the strength of its land and the delicacy of Garganega, interpreted according to an artisanal production philosophy respectful of nature.


🍷 The classic Soave according to Vini di Luce: pure, authentic, luminous

Harvested after mid-October, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. From only the free-run must, obtained from soft pressing, the Magenta Noûs is born: the purest, most elegant and fine part of the fruit. This must is immediately cooled and enriched with a minimal amount of natural sulfites, while the richer part of the mass becomes the base of the “Magenta sulle Bucce”.

The must destined for Magenta Noûs ferments in cement tanks for about 20 days at controlled temperature, without the use of enzymes or additives. This is followed by an aging of 6 months on the lees, which helps to give volume, complexity, and depth.

No fining or forced stabilizations are performed: a deliberate choice that preserves the integrity of the wine and its authenticity. A light filtration precedes bottling, but the wine may naturally develop crystals of potassium tartrate over time, a sign of its genuineness.
