EASY - Orange Wine: obtained from aromatic grapes (20% Moscato and Traminer) and Piwi (60% Souvigner Gris). After 4 days of maceration, another variety of pressed Piwi grape (20% Johanniter) is added and it matures in steel until spring. Every year this mix changes depending on the Vintage.
