The tax settings are configured on your account
Partner catalog prices are shown excluding VAT. The applied tax regime depends on your business’s country and is configured on your account at activation.
VAT applied on invoice
For businesses with an Italian VAT number, 22% VAT is added at purchase and shown on the invoice. Everything standard, as expected.
Intra-community exemption
For companies with a valid EU VAT number, the reverse charge exemption is set on your account during activation: you purchase without VAT and pay it in your country. Invoice includes the reverse charge statement.
Professional packaging
Packaging suitable for transporting bottles with individual protection. Wine arrives intact in every season and on every route.
Full traceability
Every shipment is tracked from the warehouse to delivery, with updates available in your account.
Payment methods
SEPA bank transfer and card. For partners with an established history, 30-day payment agreements are possible.

Issues handled within 48 hours of reporting, with replacement or credit note. Just a photo and a message are needed.

Who can access the partner program?
Restaurants, wine shops, wine bars, hotels, resorts, and any business purchasing for professional use with a VAT number. We manually review each request before granting access.
What prices will I see after logging in?
Once your account is activated, logging in with your credentials will show you a dedicated catalog with prices excluding VAT, different from public prices. Prices are linked to your account: you will find them with every order, without needing to request quotes.
How long does activation take?
Usually between 24 and 48 business hours. After receiving the request, we verify the business details and VAT number, then set up the account and send you access instructions.
How is VAT handled for my business?
It depends on the country. For Italian businesses, VAT is applied normally on the invoice. For EU companies outside Italy with a valid VAT number, we set the reverse charge exemption directly on your account: purchases without VAT, which you settle in your country according to local regulations.
Can I request a wine that is not in the catalog?
Yes. If you are looking for a specific producer or label for your menu, write to us. We evaluate custom supply requests for active partners.
Do I receive the technical sheets and allergen data?
Upon request, we provide complete technical sheets for the entire selection: tasting notes, allergens, analytical data, and pairing suggestions. Useful for updating the menu or training staff.

The program covers EU countries - France, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal. For other destinations, contact us directly to evaluate possibilities and conditions.
