Description

Citrus notes elegantly blend with memories of exotic fruits. Obtained only from Chardonnay grapes and in such a way as to obtain a more delicate effervescence than the other types.


Type of terrain: Calcareous-clayey of Morainic origin
Uve: 100% Chardonnay.
Yield per hectare: 100 quintals of grapes per hectare, with a must yield of 65%.
Annata: It is a vintage product.
Harvest: Between mid-August and early September when the grapes have reached the correct sugar ripeness, but still retain considerable acidity and freshness
Maturation: Over 40 months from the harvest, of which at least 30 months on the lees.


ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: 
Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Perfume: Intense and harmonious, with notes of citrus and elegant tropical fruit.
Taste: Enveloping in its nuances, elegant and persistent structure, hazelnut in the aftertaste.
Perlage: Fine and persistent, soft, delicate and creamy mousse.
Combinations: Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with delicate fish and shellfish appetizers
Service temperature: 7° – 8° C.
