Description

From the native Turbiana grape variety, a straw yellow wine with greenish reflections. It is a complex wine, very well structured, savory, with an almond scent and hints of mineral notes. It has a very aromatic aftertaste and floral notes of citrus and vanilla.

Soil: Made of a varied combination of predominantly calcareous clays rich in mineral salts.
Production per hectare:approximately 120 quintals.
Vinification: with white grapes and primary fermentation with selected yeasts and under controlled temperature.
Harvest: with hand-selected grapes.

A unique passion since 1800

The Cadore winery is extremely proud of its origins which date back to the early 1800s when the family produced Torcolato wine with vespaiola grapes in Mason Vicentino in the province of Vicenza.

The origins
Great-grandfather Francesco imported this wine to the United States; in 1954 the Cadore family bought vineyards in the Lugana region in the province of Brescia where Adriano Cadore, together with his brothers, managed the farm for many years.
