The Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry Millesimato is an authentic jewel of Italian oenology, made exclusively with 100% Glera grapes, coming from vineyards located between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. These clayey soils of morainic origin, combined with the Guyot-Doppio Capovolto cultivation system, guarantee the quality and aromatic richness of the wine.
The grapes are harvested in a traditional way, with manual harvesting in boxes, preserving the integrity of the grapes for soft pressing. A scrupulous winemaking follows, in which the primary fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The sparkling process, carried out according to the Martinotti-Charmat method, gives the wine its fine and persistent effervescence.
At sight it has a bright straw yellow colour, while on the nose it enchants with clear hints of white flowers and yellow fruit, which make it particularly captivating. An explosion of balance and flavor is revealed in the mouth, with a pleasantly fruity aftertaste, capable of conquering even the most demanding palates.
With an alcohol content of 11.5% Vol. and a sugar content of 15-16 g/l, this Extra Dry sparkling wine is perfect for those looking for a fresh but with a balanced sweetness.
