Thanks to the altitude of the vineyards, the grapes harvested have good acidity and a balanced alcohol content. This innovative interpretation of the vine offers an intense and persistent flavour, with fruity notes of plum and raspberry on the nose and evolved hints of citrus fruit and jam. The Astemia Pentita is located in Barolo, where the Cannubi ridge begins to climb towards the center of the town. It is the cellar with a rebellious soul and visionary aesthetics.
