The farm stands out as a pioneer in organic farming and in the production of wines without added sulphites, a record that places it among the first winemakers in Chianti Rufina to adopt these principles. Always committed to the protection of biodiversity and sustainable development, it has made these values ​​the heart of its philosophy, summarized in the motto *“Organic Lifestyle”*. 

In line with this approach, Faye, part of the Farm team, is delving into Rudolf Steiner's principles of biodynamic agriculture and is starting to gradually integrate these practices into production.
