The Wine and Oil of Montefalco

The estate of 13 hectares, of which 9 are cultivated.

About Us

A small company made up of young partners, predominantly female, motivated and with the
passion for undertaking a sustainable agronomic production philosophy, respectful of the environment and
especially of consumer health. Three partners, three families, three stories, and a single direction.
We have chosen to abolish chemical amendments and decided to invest in treatments with products.
natural, respecting the cultivation regulations of the Montefalco area and especially the environment.

Montefalco Red

60% Sangiovese, 20% Sagrantino, 20% other red grape varieties

Central core of succulent berries,
violet flowers. Full-bodied wine with
tannic texture at the end. Fruity finish with a slight
spicing.

Colli Martani Grechetto Doc

100% Grechetto

The grapes are gently pressed, then the must undergoes static clarification. Subsequently, it is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Natural decantation for three months in steel in contact with the fine lees.

Intense straw yellow with golden reflections.

Fruity scents of white fruit, slightly herbaceous with mineral notes.

Fresh and well balanced, typical almond finish of the grape variety.

Rosato Spumante "Bolle Rosa"

Sagrantino, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Merlot.

The grapes are gently pressed, and the must is left in contact with the skins. Subsequently, a portion of the must is taken from the tank and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (from Saignèe).

Refermentation in autoclave according to the Martinotti/Charmat method.

Rosa cerasuolo with medium-sized bubbles, very persistent.

Floral and fruity scents of wild strawberry and currant, fresh and well-balanced finish, with persistent bubbles.
