Description

Malandrino is born as a wine for immediate drinking. Young, fresh, a wine for a snack.

The vineyard is located in the Borgonovo area on a northeast-facing slope with
 East-West orientation.
The blend is 65% Ciliegiolo, 20% Aleatico, 10% Foglia Tonda, 5% Malvasia B.
The planting spacing, 2.7 x 1 m, allows optimal vegetative development of the vines,
 eliminating shading on the rows.
The Malandrino is pruned using the Guyot method and in summer defoliation is carried out
manual work to improve the composition of the grapes.
The Malandrino vineyard, like the others, is completely grassed and managed organically.
The grapes, after harvesting, undergo fermentation: maceration lasts 3 days in
Steel, followed by a gentle pressing, fermentation continues in white.

La Casa dei Cini

La Casa dei Cini, an organic farm founded in 2005 by Clelia and Riccardo Cini, specialized agronomists, is located in the hills of Valnestore. The Cini family, present in the area since the 1700s, has a long agricultural tradition developed through generations. Today the farm produces wine and oil, but has diversified with products such as lavender, raspberries, and aglione. Since 2017, it has focused on the recovery of the native Dolciame grape variety, cultivated in collaboration with the University of Perugia. The labels are customized thanks to the collaboration with the cartoonist Sualzo.
