The "AnafriIs - Sannio Fiano BIO" is an extraordinary expression of Campania white wine, produced by Nifo with Bioagricert certified organic grapes. This wine comes to life on the clayey-marly-limestone hills of Calore, where the unique conditions of the soil contribute to creating a high quality product.

Obtained 100% from Bioagricert certified organic Fiano grapes, grown in the clayey-marly-limestone hills of Calore, in the Taburno production sub-area, within the Sannio DOC area. This wine has a winemaking process that includes a short skin maceration followed by controlled fermentation at temperatures between 12°C and 15°C, and refinement in the bottle for approximately 3 months.

With its deep straw yellow color and crystalline clarity, this wine offers a bouquet of aromas that evoke corn, bitter almond, yellow and white flowers, together with honey of acacia, creating a fresh and fruity aroma that will delight your senses.

In the mouth, Sannio Fiano BIO by Nifo envelops you with an enveloping and persistent flavour, underlined by a pleasant savory note. This makes it the ideal choice to accompany sophisticated seafood dishes such as calamarata or sea bass baked in foil, as well as cheeses and a delicious risotto with porcini mushrooms.

Campania

Nifo

Founded three generations ago, the Nifo Sarrapochiello winery is a reality rooted in the suggestive Campania region. Its headquarters are located in Ponte, an enchanting village in the heart of Sannio, already known in Roman times thanks to an imposing "pontem lapideum" that crossed the Via Latina, an important artery that connected Rome to Benevento. This ancient passage was fundamental for the Romans who, thanks to it, had access to very high quality wines and grapes.

Production of organic wines
Since 1998, Nifo Sarrapochiello has embraced the organic farming method, following the directives of the Bioagricert control body. The grapes, harvested with scrupulous care in manual harvesting, are transformed according to strict production standards that preserve the environment and the health of consumers. The result of this commitment is the creation of fragrant, intensely aromatic wines with great character.
