Description
The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC dei Grassi is a Piedmontese red wine of great elegance, produced from 30-year-old vines grown on calcareous-clayey soils. The scent is characterized by fruity hints of cherry and blackberry, accompanied by a light note of bitter almond on the finish. The vinification in steel preserves its freshness and liveliness, making it a harmonious and easy-drinking wine.
The Elio Grasso winery, thanks to its almost centenary experience in the Piedmontese Langhe, keeps the characteristics of the Dolcetto grape intact, fully centering the concept of essentiality which, very often, is instead disguised by useless and redundant frills, which end up making it difficult to drink. The strength of simplicity it is disruptive in this label.

Time and management of the harvest: second and third ten days of September with manual harvesting
