Description
The vineyard is located in the Borgonovo area, the vineyard is located on the hillside
with rows orientation East-West.
The blend is 70% Grechetto G5 and 30% Manzoni.
The planting layout, 2.7x1 m, allows for optimal vegetative development of the vines,
canceling the shading on the rows.
Filara is Guyot pruned.
The vineyard, like the others, is totally grassed and managed organically.
After harvesting, the grapes undergo fermentation, in white and then refined in steel
for 6-8 months then it is bottled
