Chardonnay DOC: With an intense straw yellow color, it offers fruity aromas of apple and pear with a mineral finish. Dry and fresh on the palate, it pairs perfectly with appetizers, fish, and white meats.

Pinot Bianco DOC: Characterized by a delicate aroma with light notes of apple blossom and a lively flavor. Excellent as an aperitif and paired with white meats and fish.
All wines are produced in the Girlan area, on the hills of Oltradige, at an altitude of 450-500 m above sea level, on soils rich in minerals derived from glacial period sediments. The winemaking process involves fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and aging on fine lees, to enhance the purity and elegance of every sip.
