Description
Pinot Blanc produces compact bunches with small, greenish berries. It is the most widespread white grape variety in Girlan. The delicate aroma, with the light scent of apple blossoms and the lively flavor make Pinot Blanc the ideal wine for an aperitif and goes excellently with white meats and fish.

Production area
The grapes are grown in the "Girlan" sub-area on the Oltradige hills, at a height of 450 - 500 m above sea level. in well-ventilated vineyards. The production soil is rich in minerals, formed from sediments from the glacial era.
Vinification
The harvest takes place manually in small containers for transport to the cellar. Delicate pressing and racking for natural sedimentation of the must. Controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats and aging on fine yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
