Description
The grapes for this wine come from ARSwine's renowned Pinot Noir subzones: "Girlan", "Mazon" and "Pinzon". The vineyards, located between 380 and 530 meters above sea level, are characterized by unique soils. On one side, there are moraine deposits on volcanic porphyritic rock, while on the other, clayey limestone soils exposed to the west.
The grapes are harvested manually and with great care, in small containers that preserve the quality all the way to the cellar. After destemming, the must follows a natural path towards the stainless steel vats for fermentation (12-15 days), taking advantage of its own gravity. Subsequently, the wine ages for 12 months in large 50hl oak barrels, followed by a further 6 months of refinement in the bottle after malolactic fermentation.
Patricia Pinot Noir has a fascinating ruby red color and an intense aroma, dominated by notes of cherry, morello cherry and raspberry. In the mouth, it is characterized by a lively freshness and a juicy finish. Its velvety structure makes it the ideal companion for a wide range of meat dishes. To discover and fully appreciate its complexity, we recommend serving it slightly chilled, around 16-18°C.
