Description

Nosiola is the only native white grape variety in Trentino, used for the production of fine white wines. The selection of the best Nosiola grapes allows for soft pressing to slowly extract a high-quality must followed by light maceration on the skins. The wine is aged in large oak barrels where it ages for over 6 years before bottling. After almost 7 years after the harvest, Largiller is finally ready to be marketed. The wine is produced only in the best years, when the quality of the grapes expresses its maximum potential.

Largiller Nosiola Vigneti Delle Dolomiti IGT - Toblino has a deep straw yellow color with brilliant golden reflections. On the nose, the wine is very intense and complex: the light fruity nuances reminiscent of grapefruit and green apple are accompanied by soft floral touches that recall broom and wild lime, leaving a delicate hint of hazelnut on the finish. On the palate, it has a balanced structure, broad, round and excellent persistence, finishing very fine and elegant with hints of wood and minerals.

The Largiller Nosiola Vigneti Delle Dolomiti IGT - Toblino is a complex and elegant wine that pairs perfectly with fish-based dishes, white meats and mushrooms, such as those typical of Trentino and the Valle dei Laghi. It is recommended to taste it in large glasses at a temperature of 10-12°C to fully appreciate its unique characteristics.
