Description

Pinot Bianco produces compact clusters with small greenish berries. It is the most widespread white grape variety in Girlan. The delicate aroma, with a light scent of apple blossoms, and the lively taste make Pinot Bianco the ideal wine for aperitifs and it pairs excellently with white meats and fish.

Production area

The grapes are grown in the subzone "Girlan" on the hills of Oltradige, at an altitude of 450 - 500 m above sea level in well-ventilated vineyards. The production soil is rich in minerals, formed from glacial era sediments.


Vinification

The harvest is done manually in small containers for transport to the cellar. Gentle pressing and racking for natural sedimentation of the must. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats and aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
