Easy Special Rosato is born from an exclusive blend of Monarch (80%) and Pinot Nero (20%) grapes, cultivated in young vineyards rooted in the marine limestone marl of the Venezie.
It is not a vintage rosé, but a wine that comes to life only in exceptional years, when the quality of the grapes reaches levels that make a “Special” version possible.
Each edition of Easy Special Rosato presents a unique balance, with a blend calibrated year by year to best enhance the peculiarities of each harvest.
