Description
An alpine expression shaped by light and altitude. Three white wines that tell the story of the same landscape from three different perspectives: the taut minerality of Pinot Blanc, the depth of high-altitude Chardonnay, and the spicy aromatic character of Gewürztraminer.
Vineyards suspended between 450 and 500 meters above sea level, soils rich in glacial sediments, constant air circulation: this is the landscape in which the three wines in the selection find their identity, poised between alpine freshness and aromatic complexity.
The selection
Pinot Blanc – Girlan
Compact clusters, small berries, and a delicate aroma reminiscent of apple blossoms. Lively and direct on the palate, with pleasant minerality. Open as an aperitif; it pairs elegantly with white meats and fish dishes.
Chardonnay – Girlan
Deep straw yellow, with notes of apple and pear and a mineral finish. Dry and fresh, with good structure and a long finish. Perfect to start a meal, it pairs well with appetizers, fish, and delicate white meats.
Gewürztraminer "Selida" – Tramin
Rose petals, lily, spicy white flowers, and exotic notes of mango and passion fruit. The most aromatic of the three: it pairs beautifully with fish appetizers, swordfish, seafood, soft aged cheeses, and the spiced dishes of Eastern cuisine.
A dialogue between mountain and glass, for those seeking freshness without sacrificing complexity.
