The D'Erasmo Aglianico Del Taburno Riserva DOCG it is the result of a passion for the Campania winemaking tradition and a commitment to sustainability. Produced with Bioagricert certified grapes, this wine offers an authentic wine experience.

Origin and Production:

  • Production Area: D.O.C.G. Taburno, with soils characterized by heterometric river gravels and yellowish sands.
  • Be: 100% Aglianico, with a density of 8,500-9,000 plants per hectare.
  • Vinification: Scrupulous selection of the bunches, maceration and fermentation for approximately 30 days. Aging in barrique for 16/18 months, followed by further aging in steel and bottle for 24 months.

Tasting notes:

  • Color: Very bright ruby red with garnet reflections, clear.
  • Perfumes: Cherry, morello cherry, Mediterranean scrub, liquorice, rhubarb and clove, with a fresh and spicy aroma.
  • Taste: Enveloping tannins that are never aggressive, well developed, and excellent acidity.

Founded three generations ago, the Nifo Sarrapochiello winery is a reality rooted in the suggestive Campania region. Its headquarters are located in Ponte, an enchanting village in the heart of Sannio, already known in Roman times thanks to an imposing "pontem lapideum" that crossed the Via Latina, an important artery that connected Rome to Benevento. This ancient passage was fundamental for the Romans who, thanks to it, had access to very high quality wines and grapes.
