La Casa dei Cini, an organic farm founded in 2005 by Clelia and Riccardo Cini, specialized agronomists, is located in the hills of Valnestore. The Cini family, present in the area since 1700, has a long agricultural tradition, developed over generations. Today the company produces wine and oil, but has diversified with products such as lavender, raspberries, and garlic. Since 2017 it has focused on the recovery of the native Dolciame vine, cultivated in collaboration with the University of Perugia. The labels are customized thanks to the collaboration with the cartoonist Sualzo.
